暑濕難捱 煮一壺薑茶

取8克熟普洱,也可用老白茶、陳年生普具體數量根據您煮茶的提梁紫砂壺大小和濃淡個人偏好。
  新鮮薑絲、老紅糖磨開備用。
  冷水煮茶,至松風蟹眼,入薑絲,開蓋文火沸煮三分鐘,入紅糖。
  吃兩碗,大汗。濕氣出,胃腸暖。給諸位,江南黃梅雨季可用。該薑茶最好上午喝。
  暑濕的人除了少吃西瓜冷飲,平時可多吃薏米赤豆湯。常按摩承山穴、足三里。附兩個暑濕感冒方子供參考:
  香術飲(成人):
  藿香10克蒼朮6克川樸6克陳皮6克六一散10克
  功能:祛暑利濕,運脾和胃
  煎服方法:每日1付,清水煎,頻服。香荷飲(小兒):
  藿香10克荷葉10克生薏米10克焦楂6克
  功能:健脾導滯祛暑利濕
  煎服方法:每日1付,清水煎,頻服。

ultrafast rendezvous to ISS
