貯茶神器 貴政山茶陶罐


早聞潮汕一帶茶人用一種名為「貴政山」的陶罐貯藏茶葉,能數十年保持茶葉品質不變且茶味更 加醇和。近日在一次茶會上結識揭陽制陶人紀夏藝先生,得知「貴政山」陶罐制作工藝早在2009年已入選廣東第三批非物質文化遺產名錄,而他,正是「貴政 山」第九代傳人。紀夏藝介紹了這種「貯茶神器」的奧秘。香港商報記者林濤
  茶是至潔之物,最忌受潮濕、吸異味,愛茶人用錫罐、竹罐、紫砂罐及各種陶瓷罐貯茶,潮汕人愛用的是貴政山陶茶罐。對它的來歷,當地流傳的故事頗 神奇,清朝末年,貴政山人紀國宏出洋謀生,臨走前將三斤手炒茶放於陶茶罐內置於家中樓棚上。三十多年後,老先生重返家鄉,驚喜地發現閣樓上茶罐仍在,而掀 開蓋子,三十年前的那三斤普普通通的茶,竟茶香撲鼻,更勝當年。貴政山茶葉罐漸漸成為茶人的貯茶佳罐。
  雙層隔蓋 特殊構造
  紀夏藝說,潮州人喜用貴政山茶葉罐是有道理的,貴政山用優質粘土燒制,陶器本身就是優良的儲
  物器皿,而它的保鮮功效更得益於其特殊構造和功能。傳統的貴政山陶罐呈立錐形,頸長口小,罐肩寬闊,蓋圓頂平。它與其他茶罐的不同之處在蓋子的 設計上,為內外雙環壁,內環頸壁卡在罐口,外環壁在罐口頸外,俗稱蓋里有蓋。蓋子戴上後,搖一搖,它是搖蕩松動的並不密封,然而這就是其特別之處。這種雙 層隔蓋,構成「中空」的狀態,形成一種特殊的氣場,產生一定的吸力,就像隔離牆一樣,先阻攔罐內的氣味外泄,又擋住外面的氣流進入;而外蓋有特定的斜度, 與圓錐形的罐肩接觸面密合,故空氣難以進入。另外,罐體內壁不上釉,保持陶土色,罐底外層也不上釉,只隨意抹些釉,保留諸多氣孔,使罐內茶葉可以「深呼 吸」,多年後仍清香依舊。這便是罐中有真意了。
  40多道工藝 一罐難求
  紀夏藝介紹,制作貴政山陶罐的原料是當地南山至蓮花山一帶的特有粘土,挖出的粘土首先放置在露天風吹日曬幾個月,任其自然風化成粉末後,水洗三 次放進水缸中攪拌成泥漿,沉澱過濾形成及其細膩的原料泥,撈起攤開在石膏板上,慢慢吸掉多餘的水分,夠粘夠韌性,反覆搓揉,才能得到一團制罐子的陶土。後 續還有拉坯、修坯、上色、上釉、繪圖、進窯燒制等等工序,「一隻貴政山貯茶罐,要經過40多道工序才能制作完成,所以產量較少,一罐難求。」
  貴政山茶葉罐在上世紀60年代前,一直是陶土色不上彩釉,俗稱「竹牌茶葉罐」,現在老的貴政山茶葉罐,市面極少見到流通,大都沉澱在茶人手中珍 藏了。紀夏藝就收藏不少茶葉罐,罐體手繪圖案,畫工隨意,卻瀟灑寫意。二十世紀90年代後,生產工藝進一步改進,柴草龍窯改為用煤氣燒制的氣窯,彩釉套色 也豐富了起來,綠色、咖啡色、黃色、紅色都有,外繪山水、牡丹、花鳥等圖案,其中規格有半斤裝、兩斤裝、五斤裝等等,方便使用。
  近些年,喝普洱茶的人多起來,紀夏藝對傳統的形制做了改良,專門生產出一種大口貯茶罐,便於存放一餅餅普洱茶,受到歡迎。
  貴政山陶罐的使用是有講究的,紀夏藝說,罐子不能沾水的,拿到新罐要揭開蓋子放在太陽下曬乾,或放進木炭吸盡潮氣,用乾布擦拭乾淨,即可用於儲藏茶葉了。潮汕當地人還用它放米麵、乾鮮雜果甚至書畫,都能長時間保證品質,不受潮不黴變不生蟲。

ultrafast rendezvous to ISS
