二十一家證券公司聯合公告，推出包括斥資逾千億入市的四項穩定股市措施 4/7

【on.cc東網專訊】中國證券業協會公告，內地21家證券公司今早召開會議，分析了當前股票市場形勢，對中國資本市場發展充滿信心，一致表示，堅決維護股票市場穩定發展。會議決定：

1、21家證券公司以2015年6月底淨資產15%出資，合計不低於1,200億元人民幣，用於投資藍籌股ETF。

2、滬綜指在4,500點以下，在2015年7月3日餘額基礎上，證券公司自營股票盤不減持，並擇機增持。

3、上市證券公司將積極推動回購公司股票，並推進公司大股東增持公司股票。

4、按照中證監發布的《證券公司融資融券業務管理辦法》等相關規定，完善逆周期調節機制，及時調整保證金比例、擔保證券折算率、融券業務規模等相關指標，在風險可控的前提下，盡量平穩地做好客戶違約處置工作。
