普洱茶餅 - 大益七子茶解碼











普洱茶迷口中經常出現7542和7572等代號,其實是指普洱茶中的極品。

頭兩位數為配方研發年份,其後為普洱茶級別,最後一位數為茶廠的廠名代號。

2代表知 名的勐海茶廠,大益為茶廠品牌。

7572,就是表示勐海茶廠於75年研發的7級普洱熟茶;

7542則是4級普洱生茶。茶葉以嫩度劃分等級,並以其葉片 捲緊程度和色澤光潤衡量,

普遍分1至10級,以10級為最佳。

1976年,云南省茶叶进出口公司召开全省普洱茶生茶会议,基于出口需要规范了普洱茶唛号。饼茶用4位数,

普洱茶可按高、中、低档分等级。
高档次茶如:金瓜贡茶、宫廷、礼茶、特级; 中档次茶如:一级、三级砖茶,沱茶、一级到五级散茶; 低等级是六到十级的普洱散茶。
 
茶叶采摘时,叶和芽同时采,一般从茶树枝条的尖往下采摘到第三叶:一叶一芽的采一芽、二叶一芽的采一叶一芽、三叶一芽的采二叶一芽。分级时,级别高的芽多,级别低的叶多梗多。
  普洱茶按各自不同的品质特征分为特级和一到十级:
  特级 外型条索紧直较细,显毫;内质汤色红浓,陈香浓郁,滋味醇厚,叶底较褐红细嫩.
  一级 外型条索紧结稍嫩,较显毫;内质汤色红浓,滋味醇和,香气浓纯,叶底褐红肥嫩.
  三级 外形条索紧结,尚显毫;内质汤色红浓,滋味醇和,香气浓纯,叶底褐红柔软.
  五级 外型条索坚实,略显毫;内质汤色深红,滋味醇和,香气纯正,叶底褐红欠匀,尚柔软.
  七级 外型条索肥壮,紧实,色泽褐红,稍灰,内质汤色深红,滋味醇和,香气纯和,叶底褐红欠匀,尚嫩.
  八级 外行条索肥壮,色泽褐红稍灰;内质汤色深红,滋味醇和,香气纯和,叶底褐红欠匀,尚嫩.
  九级 外型条索粗大尚紧实,色泽褐红稍灰;内质汤色深红,滋味醇和,香气纯和,叶底褐红欠匀,尚嫩.
  十级 外型条索稍松,色泽褐红稍花;内质汤色深红,滋味平和,香气平和,叶底褐红稍粗.

3:下关茶厂
4:普洱茶厂

<三位数字>的号码,表示应该是批次号,如以801为例:8代表2008年,01代表当年这个产品的第一批,802就是08年这个产品的第二批,以此类推。

ultrafast rendezvous to ISS

    14 Oct 2020,  being the first to use a new “ultrafast” rendezvous” scheme with the ISS.
