普洱茶 - 台地茶,生態茶,古樹茶

台地茶园(1976-至今  树龄3~36年)
1976年以后,条列式密植的扦插苗无性系茶树,多数植株树高60~90cm,种植密度每亩约2000~3000株。所制晒青毛茶,由于采用现代农业技术密植促长,产量大,生长周期快,其茶品内质少,与古树茶,生态茶相较口感有较大区别。

生态古茶园(明清 树龄100年以上)
大 多胸径至少在10~25cm,胸围35~80cm,树高2.5~4.5m以上,树龄至少在一二百年以上。生态环境好,种植间距适中,由于历史变迁需求环境 等等人为因素缺乏管理,很多生态古茶树有衰老迹象,现地方政府大力推广综合技术管理,利用现代生态技术,科学的管养技术措施复壮此现象已得到改善。所制晒 青毛茶,芽叶粗壮,多数叶脉9~16对之间,果胶质丰富,口感甜润,微苦微涩。

古树茶(200树龄以上)
 茶区的少数民族茶农,把树高 5m以上,栽培型古茶树所采的茶叫做大树茶,一般情况下,此类古茶树胸径30~50cm,胸围100~160cm,树高5~15m以上,树龄多在200年 以上。近年普洱茶由于其独特的特性受到消费者的追捧,面对众多的普洱茶品种,茶客们把树龄两百年以上茶树采摘的嫩芽做的晒青毛茶“大树茶”统称“古树茶” 此类古茶树的特点就是稀植,最多也就是每亩一百多株,又有相当多属于混生型茶园,生态良好,平衡且可持续。茶树生长的营养物质来自于原土质的丰厚地力和茶 树周围形成的良好生态。没有化肥和农药的侵扰,古茶树树叶做成的普洱茶制品,无论从生态无污染,还是保健强身、治疗疾病、养生文化等方面都有着独特的作 用。就品饮经验而言,茶树树龄越大,生态环境越好,口感就越协调,水溶性果胶、树脂含量就越高,口感就越温润。

ultrafast rendezvous to ISS

    14 Oct 2020,  being the first to use a new “ultrafast” rendezvous” scheme with the ISS.
