品茶名詞

1、茶性:常以強弱區分,描述茶湯在口中香氣與苦澀的刺激性。​
2、茶質:滑、甜、回甘、喉韻、耐泡等均包括,以厚薄、重淡來區分,描述茶湯在口中的飽滿度感受。​
3、香:鮮葉經過製做工序中由游離型兒茶素獲得。通常在兩頰咽喉、上顎及、舌面、舌下感覺較明顯。
4、苦澀:苦是味覺,澀是粗糙摩擦感。茶鹼產生苦味,澀則是口腔內壁遇刺激收斂的感覺。​
5、回甘:苦味入口遇酶轉成甘甜的感覺。​
6、生津:在兩頰或舌面、舌底唾液持續分泌的潤厚感。​
7、收斂:茶湯入口,舌面與口腔感覺到緊繃,稱為澀。​
8、甘韻甜質:口腔與喉韻甘甜的感受。​
9、水性:滑、利、厚、薄、活、砂、化,泛指茶湯在口腔中的觸覺。
10、層次感:指香氣與風味在口腔與咽喉間重疊變化轉換。​
11、喉韻:指茶湯入喉出現如甘甜、滑潤、緊燥等感覺。​
12、飽滿:因茶湯茶質豐厚,使口腔內感覺被厚實包覆的口感。​
13、煙熏味:炒菁產生的火香,陳化後會消失轉為其他特有的香氣,不可完全歸類為缺點。​
14、果酸味:類似鮮果酸味,新鮮植物所帶有的葉鮮味。​
15、水酸味:鮮葉經揉撚未曬乾,或壓制時含水量過高造成。​
16、水味:儲藏不佳造成,類似植物腐壞味。​
17、青味:殺青溫度不足或時間不夠造成,甚至帶有腥味。​
18、鎖喉感:茶湯入喉帶有乾燥感,感到咽喉緊縮乾癢等不適感。
19、湯氳:茶湯在杯中靜置,表面產生白霧繚繞的痕跡。​
20、茶氣:茶質中有機鍺與多醣類結合的產物。個人感受略有差異,例如打嗝、暖感、熱感、微汗等。​
21、陳韻:茶經一定年份陳放後產生的老韻味。

ultrafast rendezvous to ISS

    14 Oct 2020,  being the first to use a new “ultrafast” rendezvous” scheme with the ISS.
