希臘違約成定局

(綜合報道)(星島日報報道)希臘債務違約成定局,消除市場部分不明朗因素,歐洲股、匯、債市周二均見回穩或跌幅收窄。歐洲主要股市反復偏軟、美股杜高開超過100點,歐羅匯價雖大部分時間偏軟,但基本守住1.1美元,美匯和日圓匯價則繼續走強。
希臘周日將舉行公投,表決是否接受債權人要求,但首次拖欠國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)貸款已成事實。經歷希臘政府實施資金管制,以及周一股市急 挫和歐豬國債息飆升後,投資者昨日採取比較觀望態度,市況相對冷靜下來。美股昨日初段見顯著反彈,杜瓊斯工業平均指數曾升超過100點,其後升幅收窄至 40點,見17638點。
  歐洲主要股市大部分時間偏軟,主要由金融和商品股帶頭下滑,倫敦富時100指數連跌4日,昨日後段跌0.77%,見6569點;該國新出爐的首 季國內生產總值(GDP)終值,按季升0.4%,與市場預期相符。德國DAX指數及法國CAC指數在昨日曾一度回升後再度走軟,後段分別跌0.5%和 0.6%,見11027點及4840點。
  在歐市初段,市場一度傳希臘政府正考慮作最後努力,期望能打破與債權人的僵局,消息刺激德法兩地股市回升,但其後僅傳出希臘政府已向歐洲穩定機 制(ESM)提出兩年期的援助請求,以援助該國在重組債務同時的融資需要,而希臘政府仍堅持建議國人在周日的公投中否決緊縮改革方案。
  歐豬國如西班牙及意大利10年期債息,在周一急升後,昨日分別回軟5及6點子,見2.3及2.33厘。西班牙和意大利兩地股市到後段仍升分別升0.17%和0.46%。
  受希債負面消息拖累,歐羅匯價在周一急跌至3周新低,一度失守1.11美元後,昨日在亞市、歐市持續走軟,但守住1.11美元水位,低位見1.1134美元(歐羅兌8.628港元),隔日跌0.91%。
  投資者觀望希債後續發展,以及周四美國出爐的就業報告,令大市昨日表現相對牛皮,但避險情緒未完全消退,日圓匯價仍偏強,曾升至121.94兌1美元(每百日圓兌6.355港元)。反映兌一籃子貨幣走勢的美匯指數則靠穩,高見95.41點,隔日升0.66%。

ultrafast rendezvous to ISS

    14 Oct 2020,  being the first to use a new “ultrafast” rendezvous” scheme with the ISS.
