water recipe for brewing tea

 According to the Tea Association of the USA, this is the ideal tea water analysis:

    6 – 8 pH
    50 – 150 ppm TDS (Total Dissolved Solids)
    80 ppm total hardness
    No chlorine, iron, and magnesium

or use tea: water of 1: 50 as starting point

1 tsp ~= 2g of tea

NB: MADE IN ITALY 是否真正 意大利制造實在無從考 証
