Honders catadioptric
F/2
Approx size of a celestron C5
The Honders design uses an objective lens and a meniscus primary mirror that is known as a Mangin mirror which is coated on the rear surface rather than the front surface. The front lens and Mangin mirror act like a double lens as the primary allows the light to pass through the entire piece of glass and is reflected back through it causing the light to refract as well. This this handles a lot of optical aberrations.
In the case of the HAC125 the light is focused through another set of optics then to the camera sensor.
