orbit of the Moon and lunar precessions

From Moon orbit wiki, and lunar precession wiki

Lunar standstill:

Lunar standstill: every 18.6 years, the declination range of the Moon reaches a maximum or minimum.

Apsidal precession:

U mass :

The plane of the Moon's orbit is tilted at an angle of 5.1° to the plane of our orbit around the Sun.

This means that the Moon can at times be seen to rise and set more northerly and more southerly even than the solar extremes.

Due to the effects of the Sun's gravity, the Moon's orbital plane does not stay fixed in space, but "precesses" with an 18.6 year cycle, while still maintaining the 5.1° tilt relative to the ecliptic.

This means that the most northerly and the most southerly rising and setting of the Moon occur every month at the peak of the 18.6 year cycle.

question:

can 渾儀的三辰儀 follow such orbit change?

沈括“渾儀議”:取消了渾儀(三辰儀)上不能正確顯示月球公轉軌迹的白道儀。
