「Technology（科技）係fact（事實），唔會講大話」，鍾太深信座標的可信性，且肯定該位置是在郊遊徑不能望到地方。踏入失蹤第六日，因搜索行動如超過一周，便很有可能放棄，鍾太知道不能再等待，多番游說要前往搜索，皇天不負有心人，當日中午近12時，消防派人到兩個座標搜索，半小時後傳來找到鍾旭華的消息，「搵到佢嘅時候，我自己對佢講『老公我搵返你返嚟啦。』」

警隊斥資研發地圖及手錶　助搜救隊掌握山野實況提升搜索效率

警隊為提升搜救能力，斥資數百萬元研發科技救援系統，搜救人員會佩戴具全球定位功能的R-Watch及即時傳送4K影像的R-Cam，指揮中心利用自行研發的R-Map，實時監測人員的生理狀況，並掌握現場環境，調配人手及部署，提升整個搜救效能。

時任大嶼山南分區指揮官唐百旋承認，警方在26日收到家屬提供的座標檔案時未能即時開啟，她得知同袍後來成功開啟，據知消防指雲層低而未即時派員搜索。至於飛行路線截圖，唐則稱沒印象收過。

時任消防處特種救援隊支援隊成員李偉明則指，26日沒收過家屬提供的座標檔案，警方亦從未告知。李指於同日晚上8時許才收到死者傘友傳來的座標檔案，但因當時夜深增搜救風險，決定翌日才出動。民安飛及飛行服務隊搜救人員均稱沒有收到消防指示到座標位置搜索。

陪審團向民航處、警務處、消防處、民航局意外調查機構及通訊事務管理局提出多項建議。

民航處方面，應立法規管滑翔傘運動，設立電子平台讓飛行員申請飛行，審批條件包括資歷、飛行時數等，並讓飛行員登記起飛及及降落地點和時間，此外在平台放置滑翔傘協會及聯會的滑翔傘操作手冊；規定飛行員必須攜帶追蹤裝置及緊急求救裝置。

消防處及警務處方面，訂立聯合搜救行動準則列明分工及職責；邀資訊科技、滑翔傘等專家加入搜救隊；搜救人員定期接受訓練，學習無人機技術及最新搜救技術；每年進行聯合搜救演習。

民航意外調查機構方面，應被賦權監察及跟進所涉部門有否落實安全建議；調查方向應涵蓋搜救工作的調查；安全建議應更全面及具體及邀第三方專家參與調查，增加公信力。另建議通訊事務局在1年內，建設足以覆蓋全港鄉郊地區的通訊基站。

是否too rigid too late?祗相信流動電訊商的報告？，還是不能接受/信任用 Google 等commercial service provider 的科技？

是否要強制此類户外運動人士須要使用avalanche beacon 之類的emergency locator?

當時保安局局長李家超有否責任去檢討此意外，查找不足？

地政署對各式各樣的地圖坐標系統，metadata 非常熟悉, 當時部門之間有沒資詢, 協作?

有否跟Google 求助過?
