For Hario mini hand grinder, the pitch is 1mm, 7 clicks per rotation. It's not easy to find the "zero". here is my settings:
espresso: 7 clicks
pourover: 13 clicks (1.5 mm)
french press: 14 clicks

range: (250 in encore) 200 microns to 1200 microns
steps: 40
step size: 25 microns
baratza preciso: 40mm conical
range: 200 microns to 1170 microns
step size: 100 microns macro(40 steps), 10 microns micro(11 steps), total 440 steps
