電動單車

 根據《道路交通條例》(第374章)(《條例》),由於電動可移動工具是由機械驅動,符合《條例》中「汽車」的定義,因此必須領牌才可於道路或私家路上行駛。從道路安全或交通暢達的角度考慮,電動可移動工具不宜與一般汽車共同使用路面,亦不適合在行人道上使用。再者,未受規管的電動可移動工具質素參差,有多方面的安全隱患。政府的一貫政策是不會為電動可移動工具按現行《條例》登記或發牌。因此,現時在道路或私家路(包括行人道)上使用電動可移動工具是會被視為駕駛未領牌的「汽車」,因而違反相關法例。


  在執法方面,「道路安全」是警務處首要行動項目的其中一項,而打擊非法使用電動可移動工具亦是警務處的重點交通執法項目之一。 警務處將持續透過宣傳教育及執法

ultrafast rendezvous to ISS

    14 Oct 2020,  being the first to use a new “ultrafast” rendezvous” scheme with the ISS.
