降低加工和装调难度的离轴TMA光学系统

一种降低加工和装调难度的离轴TMA光学系统，涉及空间光学技术领域，解决现有离轴TMA光学系统的加工、检测和装调困难进而导致系统难于达到光学成像指标的问题，

本发明将次反射镜设计为球面，主反射镜与第三反射镜设计为非球面，且二次项系数设置为零，所述主反射镜和第三反射镜分别为含六次项和八次项的高次非球面；使离轴TMA光学系统达到了衍射极限光学特性，本发明的传递函数在50lp时接近0.6的成像质量，Strehl Ratio由0.91提高到0.93；

面形加工公差由λ/50放宽到λ/40；主、次、三镜的装调公差放宽4倍。本发明降低了加工及装调难度，有助于系统实现衍射极限的光学特性。
