 vadouvan 在法文是「經過太陽曬乾的香料」之意，誕生於南印度法國殖民時期，由法國料理中常見的洋蔥、紅蔥、大蒜與印度咖哩粉組成，光想像就讓人口水直流。

   • 1 teaspoon brown mustard seeds
   • 3/4 teaspoon turmeric黃薑
   • 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg肉荳蔻
   • 1/2 teaspoon hot red-pepper flakes
   • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove丁香
