模板中工試(樓宇工程),柱頭

 400 ×400 柱頭

Target 1 h to 1h 15min

裝板 45-60min + 裝威令,腳卡板15min





材料:

1 雙母 8尺x400

2,4 雙公 8尺x435

3 矮身雙母(連接橫榔)6尺x400+230×400細板

枋:45x75


固定柱頭墨線


Steps:



Step1

面向固定柱的“山”形記號墨線。

遠,中,近 分別是 “山”形記號,柱頭中央的鐵通,1st 板位置。

假設工作枱在你右邊。

放1st板,高身雙母,對齊板中線,then板的inner side 腳拍齊“風車板”邊沿 用石屎釘

>>>放好,拍齊腳,落腳釘

釘右 枋腳,外側



釘左 枋腳,外側(方便自己落鎚)


1st 斜撐,右枋(較近工作枱的枋),(155高,120出,2000長),枕頭/地牛


後面加臨時斜撐!!!

線秤>板邊,ie石屎side< 調較1st 板前後

Ok, 枕頭2釘

(Then Check板中線企水)

釘1st板 右枋(ie 剛才釘斜撐的枋)腳外側

複檢

2nd斜撐,1st 板左枋前方,腳斜向左邊2nd 板,(A)

Optional: 臨時斜撐 1st 板背面(b)

用(a)(b )較1st板左右

較完1st板左右後,釘1st板 左枋腳外側

Step2

放2nd 板(clockwise),雙公



2nd 板左邊上下2釘

Re: 板腳祗需有3根釘。1st板2根,2nd 板1根。

Step3

放3rd 板,雙母,短身

3rd斜撐,2nd 板右枋外側


用 3rd斜撐較企水,2nd板左右

較完2nd 板, 3rd 板左邊上下2釘

Step4

放4th 板

4th 斜撐,1st 板左枋,外側



用 4th斜撐較企水,3rd板左右

複檢

較完3rd 板, 4th 板左邊上下2釘,選最貼板位置

複查板中線,與地面中線對齊。

先上中間威令,揸緊4塊板的板邊(edges)。(肥仔變四方)

Final adjustment:

適當用鎚仔拷打調四板,作最後對齊板中線。有需要時可拔走2nd板的腳釘。

再打柱“壓腳板/柱腳ku”,先打有橫枋的兩邊,左右枋前打一釘。然後放上2枋,每角打2釘。

複查板有沒走位。

Double checking複檢 is v important,有加分

Look for missing nails, 生釘

Wales tight or not

If 某一板容易走位,多加一腳釘

可能要加多1,2條斜撐for3rd ,4th板 to 較左右:



Don't worry the 板邊gap, will close after 收威楞

板腳釘, 主要功能是附助性質,防止柱頭移位或過程中震離墨線 ,but may sometimes 阻墨線對齊,can remove or 重新釘 if needed 。but don't spend too much time on it.

對齊墨線為首要,板的企水左右反而是第二。

基本功操練:鎚仔快狠準,線秤

Overall,

It's a timing exercise.

Timing is more important than accuracy. If the work is not complete, it means a fail

Optional: 同時上 斜撐1,2 to 調校1st板前後,then左右

完成後

打掃場地,工具放回原有位置

錯誤示範:

斜撐不要過了枋,枋高度接近同高。

ultrafast rendezvous to ISS

    14 Oct 2020,  being the first to use a new “ultrafast” rendezvous” scheme with the ISS.
