港大 及中大初步研究發現打兩針科興 部分人中和抗體水平不理想

 


 375名已完成2劑科興接種的人士,有至少80人接種一個月後,產生可預防有症狀感染的B細胞抗體反應「好弱」;不過,減少感染後嚴重及死亡情況的T細胞抗體水平,則與接種復必泰人士相若。



許樹昌表示,現仍未知接種兩劑科興後,部分人產生抗體水平較弱的原因,團隊本月中將陸續安排有關人士,同樣分兩組接種第3劑復必泰或科興疫苗,以分析當中原因,並了解打第3劑疫苗後的抗體反應,估計最快10月初會有初步數據,屆時或會向當局提交接種第3劑的建議。

食衞局局長陳肇始日前指研究需接種第3劑疫苗的群組;衞生防護中心疫苗可預防疾病科學委員會主席劉宇隆上周稱,本港料需至秋冬季,待全球有更多數據支持,及本港達7至8成接種率時才考慮需否接種第3劑。

港大研究:

接種兩針復必泰(BioNTech)的平均抗體水平較兩針科興者高約9倍。即使只打一針復必泰的平均抗體水平,亦高過打兩針科興者逾八成。領導研究的專家高本恩(Benjamin John Cowling)指出,如要減低感染風險保護身邊人,宜選復必泰,讓無打針者受群體免疫保護。

ultrafast rendezvous to ISS
