據自由時報 報導,在 1 周前(2018 2月6),氣象局第一次針對在臉書引述氣象局地磁資料預測地震的林湧森,去函警告要求相關言論下架,如果沒有改善,將針對氣象法規處以 20 萬至 100 萬的罰款。

據氣象局地震測報中心代理主任陳國昌的說法,這次是因林湧森引述氣象局地磁資料,但這筆資料是氣象局用來研究地震前兆的資料,只能給學者使用,不知為何林湧森拿來任意預測判斷,違反氣象法。至於王明仁,陳國昌主任則是說他「沒有任何科學佐證,未達到開罰要件。」

對此,林湧森對氣象局表示「放馬過來」,說自己 4、5 年前曾準確預言地震,正因自己預測準確,氣象局才跳腳。據報導,他是「無心插柳」從植物身上發現地震可預測,目前他在全球有 20 多個觀測站進行地震預測分析。而王明仁則說,氣象局對他的批評有失公允,強調自己研發科學儀器預測地震,「氣象局的批評,是沒有能力預測的人否定會預測的人」。

ultrafast rendezvous to ISS
