空氣電壓地震前兆?

據自由時報報導，在 1 周前(2018 2月6），氣象局第一次針對在臉書引述氣象局地磁資料預測地震的林湧森，去函警告要求相關言論下架，如果沒有改善，將針對氣象法規處以 20 萬至 100 萬的罰款。

據氣象局地震測報中心代理主任陳國昌的說法，這次是因林湧森引述氣象局地磁資料，但這筆資料是氣象局用來研究地震前兆的資料，只能給學者使用，不知為何林湧森拿來任意預測判斷，違反氣象法。至於王明仁，陳國昌主任則是說他「沒有任何科學佐證，未達到開罰要件。」

對此，林湧森對氣象局表示「放馬過來」，說自己 4、5 年前曾準確預言地震，正因自己預測準確，氣象局才跳腳。據報導，他是「無心插柳」從植物身上發現地震可預測，目前他在全球有 20 多個觀測站進行地震預測分析。而王明仁則說，氣象局對他的批評有失公允，強調自己研發科學儀器預測地震，「氣象局的批評，是沒有能力預測的人否定會預測的人」。
