Stainless steel flask from Mainland

 After ~ 1 month of use:

Black oil/ink appears from inner side.





Oil ?
Rust?
Residue from Manufacturing process, eg polishing?
Recycled steel?
Heavy metals?
Definitely not food grade!!!



This quality label QB/T2332-97 means nothing 

Update:
Using the stainless steel test kit, N8
It shows to be 304, but low in nickel 鎳

NB: MADE IN ITALY 是否真正 意大利制造實在無從考 証
