taken in portrait mode:

horizontal angle~ 4.5 deg, ie 300mm focal length for full frame (36x24mm)

the sun is in between 朗庭園 block 5/3(left) and 2(right), 16m apart(0.6 degrees) , est to be 93 m tall, which is ~ 3.6 deg tall when viewed 1.47 km away on 鳳翔路footbridge

so judging from these rough measurements, this photo was taken on 19 Sep 2022 18:05, ie 18 minutes before sunset. From Photographer's post, it seems to be 17 Sep or bit earlier

The sun position azimuth is 270.55 rather than 269.9 deg

a few days before autumn equinox

another easier option is to go to 教育路 near 大快活/千色店, 21 Sep 18:01,the road is around 3.8 degrees wide when 500m away

 

this will happen again when near spring equinox 26 mar, 2023
